Mr. Minta holds an MBA from University of Ghana (2005), B. COM Hons from University of Ghana (1997), Chartered Accountant (ICA) and Certified Treasurer Dealer (ACI Dealing Certificate). He is currently the Country Managing Director of Access Bank (Kenya) PLC and also the Regional Managing Director, East and Central Africa, Access Bank PLC.
Mr. Minta has previously served as a Chief Executive & Executive Director at Stanbic Bank Botswana, Chief Financial Officer at Stanbic Bank Zambia, Chief Operating Officer at Standard Bank Group South Africa and Head of Wholesale Bank Finance at Standard Chart Bank Ghana. Mr. Minta has an outstanding international track record of driving strategies for strong employee morale and exponential revenue growth.
