Mr. Langat has Thirty-Two (32) years’ experience as a Banker. Having worked in the corporate
banking sector at KCB and African Banking, CEO and MD Transnational Bank Ltd. He is currently Advisor for agri-businesses through digital platforms for specific Agri-Value Chains.
He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Transnational Bank (Now Access Bank Kenya Ltd). Joined the bank at the time the bank was struggling with Governance issues and managed to clean it up, fit for strategic sale. He has also served as a General Manager and Head of Corporate Banking Reporting to Group CEO, African Banking Corporation.
He holds a Degree in Economics from University of Nairobi, BA(Economics).
Mr. Langat sits on the Board of Access Bank (Kenya) PLC as a Non- Executive Director.
