Ralph is a seasoned banker and Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He previously served as Group Head of Access Bank Group’s Commercial Banking Division, which he grew into the Group’s largest commercial business. With advanced degrees in banking and international development and executive education from Harvard, Wharton, IMD, and Cranfield, Ralph has a proven record of driving growth, managing large-scale portfolios, and leading transformational initiatives across Africa.
He has spearheaded key projects including the Access–Diamond Bank integration, the expansion of specialised desks with global DFIs, and was instrumental in meeting Nigeria’s 2024 capital requirements ahead of peers.
