She brings a wealth of experience from the financial industry in Eastern Africa. Before joining Access Bank Kenya as the Executive Director, Wholesale Banking, Lillian worked for Standard Chartered Bank, Kenya & Tanzania, Barclays Bank Kenya and later Absa Bank Kenya in areas of Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking & Financial Institutions. Lillian is passionate about people and takes pride in developing raw talent into empowered professionals.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi, is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and has various certificates in Leadership and Corporate Governance.
