Mrs. Mubarure is an accomplished organizational strengthening expert with over 20 years of experience as a corporate director (including Chairperson) in different countries. With about three decades’ experience in senior leadership positions, her work is diverse in the fields of Governance, Public Sector Management Reforms, Strategy/Program Design, Stakeholder Management, Project Management Oversight, Corporate Governance, and Not-for-Profit Organizations management. She is passionate in promoting access to quality education for most vulnerable children and is the founder of Hope Assistance Foundation.
Mrs. Mubarure holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Quebec/ENAP and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Rwanda. She is a KirkPatrick Certified Training Evaluator as well as a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) in relation to human and institutional performance evaluation. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) based in the USA, Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), Quebec Society for Program Evaluation, and Canadian Society for Program Evaluation.
Mrs. Mubarure sits on the Board of Access Bank (Kenya) Plc as an Independent Non- Executive Director.
