To reset your mobile banking Pin, please visit any of our branches and request for a pin reset.
At the moment you cannot open a personal account on your mobile phone. In order to open an account, please visit any of our branches.
You can transfer money into your account by using Mpesa Paybill number 862862. When prompted for your account number, please enter your 13-digit Access Bank Account number.

In order to open a personal current account, you will need to visit any of branches with the following identification documents:

  1. National ID or International Passport.
  2. PIN Certificate
  3. 2 Quality colored Passport size photographs
  4. Utility Bill or Residential Lease/Tenancy Agreement.
  5. Completed account opening application form
  6. Valid Work Permit for Non-Resident Permit.
It takes approximately two (2) day for a cheque to mature
To be able to access any of our amazing services, please visit any of our branches from:
  1. 8.30am to 4.00pm on week days
  2. 8.30am to 6.00pm on weekdays (Westlands branch only)
  3. 8.30am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.
  4. Closed on Sunday and Public holidays.
You can withdraw a maximum of Kes 50,000/= within 24 hours.
